Information Technology Systems support is an entry-level Higher education Qualification which is intended to develop learners with the requisite competencies against the skills profile for the systems support career path. A qualifying learner at this level will be a well-rounded IT professional building on foundational technical skills. Qualified learners with an undergraduate entry into the field of networking/systems support and initial employment in the computer industry.

Information Technology is an entry-level Higher Education qualification in the field of Computer Sciences and Information Technology. The purpose of this qualification is to prepare students for a career in the field of Information Systems support or to enable them to proceed to higher levels of education in Information Technology. The qualification is primarily industry orientated and will provide students with basic knowledge, and cognitive and conceptual tools to advance their knowledge of IT coupled with interpersonal and business skills.

FETC: GRAPHIC WEB DESIGN AND MULTIMEDIA
NQF 4

This certificate programme focuses on website design, production and interactivity. You will learn how to design, edit code, customize and enhance a variety of web design features. Upon completion, the student will be well versed in the field of design, and have knowledge of best practices which allows them to be able to add value to any marketing department. Graphic design professionals work alongside Marketing, advertising and media teams using their skills in visual communication to conceptualise creatives for campaigns set out by the marketing department.
